Updated Login Experience
BoldTrail features a newly designed login page, where you'll see a brand new photo each time you sign into your CRM!
Navigation & Search Updates
We've updated the search experience to include a more intuitive appearance, as well as additional features! Access your daily tools and products from the main Search function without needing to open additional menus.
New Pages Editor
With our new Page Editor, real estate professionals can effortlessly create and personalize web pages using our professionally curated templates, enhanced by an easy-to-use drag-and-drop feature.
Whether it's vibrant images, responsive buttons, engaging GIFs, seamless social media integration, or versatile menu options, building a beautiful and functional website has never been more accessible.
To access the Pages editor, hover over the More tab on your left-hand menu and select Website Management. From there, click on Pages.

Present Price Adjustments: Comparable Adjustments
When reviewing the comparable properties on a CMA report, you will want to identify properties that match your subject property as closely as possible. This provides you with additional insight and metrics that can then be used to correctly price your listing.
However, comparable properties may not always be accurate. For example, you may pull properties with a similar bed and bathroom count, but a vast difference in square footage. In order to ensure that we're providing you with the most accurate comparable results, we're excited to introduce Comparable Adjustments - an additional CMA tool that allows you to not only identify individual features, but to use that data to adjust the pricing of your comparables.
