Overview
Including market report statistics within your marketing materials is a great way to position yourself as a local expert. Using the DesignCenter, you can easily communicate changes within your local market by using Market Report templates. These templates will allow you to automatically pull in BoldTrail's market data, which you can leverage to create digital and print materials with real market stats.
How to Use Market Report Templates
Please Note: The Market Report Designs setting can only be enabled by an Admin.
To enable Market Report designs for your Agents, navigate to Marketing > Design Center and click on Get Started. From here, click on Settings at the far right.
Next, find the Design Availability & Branding section, and click Edit to enable the Market Report Templates setting.
Once enabled, the market report panel will automatically appear next to the market report templates within the Design Center.

Will these reports work with ListingMachine/Automation?
Market Report designs will not be able to be included in a ListingMachine listing kit at this time.
How do I find the templates to enable Market Reports?
The Templates will be available to enable in the DesignCenter Settings Branding & Availability Tile. This is where all designs can be turned on or off by Admin users.
Where does the market data come from?
The data will be pulled from Market Reports that are used in BoldTrail.
Why can’t I customize the report more?
Reports are not able to be customized due to data limitations at this time.
