When viewing any listing from the My Listings tab in BoldTrail, you can click on the Matching Buyers tab to view a list of all CRM contacts whose search alerts match that particular listing.
What Qualifies As a Matching Buyer?
Your contact's activity on your BoldTrail website determines whether or not they will qualify as a matching buyer for a specific type of property. Contacts with a matching search alert (meaning the listing will show up in that contact's search alert results) will appear in this list.
If you have a specific contact in mind who is not showing up on the Matching Buyers list for a particular property:
Be sure that the contact you're looking for is assigned to you directly. This is because Matching Buyers are restricted to contacts assigned to the Agent currently signed into BoldTrail. This means that an Admin user will not see any Matching Buyers who are assigned to their Agents - they will only see the leads assigned to them directly.
Visit your contact's profile and ensure that they have one or more search alerts set up. This can be a great opportunity to reach out to that contact directly and determine what type of property they're looking for in order to construct their personalized search alert.
Notifying Your Matching Buyers
You can send the matching properties to your contacts directly from within the Matching Buyers section by clicking on either the email or text icons.
Emailing Properties
Clicking on the email icon will open the email editor, where you can compose an email of your choice to send to your contact using either the basic or advanced editors.
Once you've customized your email, be sure to add the MLS ID of your selected property using the + MLS ID button at the top of the editor.
This will insert a new line of text with a property link automatically included in brackets. You can add any additional text or customization before sending your message.
Texting Properties
To send a text from the Matching Buyers list, click on the text message icon. This will open the text message editor, where you can either use the Smart Assistant to generate a new message, or customize your own. The MLS ID will automatically appear in the MLS ID section at the bottom of the window.
