Before you can dive into all that BoldTrail has to offer, you’ll need to log in! We’ve updated the login experience to make it more secure and user-friendly.
Here’s what to expect so you can get started right away.
If you're already a BoldTrail user you may see we've made a few changes!
Those include:
Multi-Factor Authentication via passkey, SMS, or authenticator app (steps to set up below!)
Admins can no longer directly change passwords for users - but they can initiate a password reset!

How to Set Up & Use Multi-Factor Authentication
Enter your email at the same login page you’ve always used.
Enter your password on the new secure login screen (includes branded elements).
Set up MFA on your first login using using SMS or an Authenticator App.
If you would prefer to use email verification or Passkeys to verify, please note that these methods will only be available as options if you have done one of the following:
Set up MFA using SMS or an Authenticator app
Clicked on an email verification link sent to your inbox.
Future logins will require MFA if:
You've logged out manually.
You've been logged in for 2 weeks.
Please Note: The BoldTrail iOS app will also require multi-factor authentication using the same steps as above!
Managing Multi-Factor Settings & Resets
Forgot your password?
To reset your password, you'll continue to use the "Forgot Password" option on the login screen. You’ll receive an email with instructions to complete the reset.
Suspicious activity detected?
You’ll receive email or SMS alerts if:
A login attempt is made from a new or suspicious device/location.
Your password appears in a known breach database.
Your account is temporarily blocked after repeated failed attempts.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is my BoldTrail phone number used for MFA SMS codes?
Not necessarily. During Multi-Factor Authentication setup, you can choose any number for SMS authentication.
Can I skip MFA?
No. MFA is mandatory for all eligible users to ensure the security of your information!
Can I use social login like Google or Facebook?
Not at this time - however, you can use a multitude of authentication options such as SMS, authenticator app or passkey.
What if my email was compromised and I can’t log in?
If your email is compromised, please contact our Support team at support@indsiderealestate.com. We’ll verify your identity and help you recover access securely!
Can my admin change my password for me?
Admins can no longer directly change passwords on behalf of users. However, they can initiate a password reset link that will be emailed to you. This ensures your account stays secure and that only you have access to your login credentials. If you're unable to access your email, reach out to Support for further assistance.
