Deals helps you manage your pipeline by connecting your transactions and opportunities in one place. You can nurture each of your opportunities from first contact through closing, with automations, e-signatures, and reporting.
To access Deals, click on the Deals icon found on your left-hand menu.
Deals Management
Within the Deals section, you can view and manage any of your existing Deals, as well as add any incoming Deals. You are also able to view your transaction metrics and milestones.
Active Deals
The Active Deals section displays all currently active Deals with ongoing conversations.
An Active Deal is a transaction that has been added to a contact, and is being nurtured.
At the top of the Deals section, you'll find a breakdown of your Deals metrics for the past 30 days.
A list of your active Deals will appear on the lower left-hand section, including the Deal Name, the Primary Contact, the deal Stage, Type, and Assigned Agent.
Clicking into any of the Deals will allow you to view the full details in the left-hand panel.
Incoming Deals
Any transactions that have not yet been assigned to a contact and added as a Deal will appear within the Incoming Deals section.
The system will automatically pull in new transactions from your MLS, as well as any transaction management systems (such as Folio and Skyslope) you have integrated with BoldTrail.
Adding Deals
Deals, or transactions, can be added manually or pulled in from either your MLS or an integration.
Adding a New Deal
To add a new deal from the Deals section, click on Add Deal at the top right.
On the next screen that appears, you will need to fill in the following:
Deal Title: The name you would like to call this deal.
Deal Type: The type of deal you're adding (Buyer or Seller)
Deal Stage: The current stage of this particular deal (Appointment Set, Validated, Client, ect)
Primary Contact: The lead assigned to this particular deal. You may add multiple contacts to the same deal by clicking on Add Another Contact.
If you are in a contact's profile, you can also add a deal by clicking +Add on the Deals section.
Adding an Incoming Deal
When the system pulls in transactions from your MLS or another transaction management system, you can add them as a new Deal within the Incoming Deals tab.
To add an Incoming Deal, click on Add New for the specific transaction you'd like to add. From here, you'll need to add the Title, Type, Stage, and Primary Contact.
If you'd like to connect a transaction to an existing Deal, click on Connect to Existing and select the specific lead and Deal name. Click Connect to finish connecting the transaction.
