Waiting Referrals

A waiting referral is a valuation attempt that occurred on someone else's Kunversion+ site. It's being referred out because the address the valuation was requested for is outside of the areas their website is setup to service. However, it is within the area of your website's service range. It is listed in this section for you to accept, if you want to do so. Accepting the referral reveals your information to the Agency who 'referred' the lead.

You can access waiting or accepted referrals within the seller lead section of the left hand navigation:

The information in these attempts is censored until you accept it. Accepting the referral will reveal your contact information to the Agent/Broker who obtained the lead originally.

Columns on the Waiting Referrals List

Address - Censored Address

Phone - If found with Cole Data, it will be censored, otherwise it might say 'not found.'

Email - If found with Cole Data, it will be censored, otherwise it might say 'not found.'

Date - Date the valuation attempt was made

Accept - You can accept the referral with this button.

After accepting a referral it is copied to the 'Accepted Referrals' list, where you can see the info of the Broker who obtained the attempt, and the rest of the information that was censored on the 'Waiting Referrals' list.

Columns on the Accepted Referrals List

Same as the Waiting Referrals list, with the exception of the 'Accept' column is replaced by the referring Broker's info.
