Here are some steps you can take to reset your mobile app if you are experiencing issues. Many times a non-functional app is the result of having an out of date version, or it is a caching issue. After following these steps if you are still experiencing problems, providing the support team with the information requested below will help us fast-track a fix.

Troubleshooting Steps

  1. Update the app if a newer version is available on the app store. 

  2. If still experiencing issues, uninstall the app and reinstall, and restart phone.

  3. If still experiencing issues, contact support via chat at bottom right side of dashboard or email via support@insiderealestate.com.  Be sure to include ALL of the following information:The type of phone (iOS, Android). Phone make/model, phone software version.Adding this information is SUPER helpful to our Product Team who designs the app.
