Here are some steps you can take to reset your mobile app if you are experiencing issues. Many times a non-functional app is the result of having an out of date version, or it is a caching issue. After following these steps if you are still experiencing problems, providing the support team with the information requested below will help us fast-track a fix.
- Update the app if a newer version is available on the app store.
- If still experiencing issues, uninstall the app and reinstall, and restart phone.
- If still experiencing issues, contact support via chat at bottom right side of dashboard or email via firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to include ALL of the following information:The type of phone (iOS, Android). Phone make/model, phone software version.Adding this information is SUPER helpful to our Product Team who designs the app.
