Overview
To send one or more listings, first navigate to the listings tab in kvCORE.
TIP: You can use filters to find the properties you want to send. To learn more about Listing Filters click here.
Once you've filtered out your listings you can begin choosing the ones you would like to send. Use the checkboxes boxes on the left-hand side. The top checkbox will select all properties in the list that you can see.
Please Note: This can be used to send single or multiple listings to your contacts.
You can change the size of the list from the upper right corner to select more (or less) at once.
With the desired properties selected, click the "Email' button at the top.
A popup modal will appear where you can choose your contacts, edit the subject, and compose your message.
Links vs. Tags
In the body of your email, you will see a merge tag for {property_link} or a link generated instead of the merge tag. Do not modify either the link or the {property_link} parameter/merge tag in the message. You can edit the rest of the message around it.
Whether you see a merge tag or link, both will present as a link to your contacts.
