Company View
Can I change the timeframe?
Yes, The default ‘Last 365’ drop-down allows several other year-over-year views.
How do I view only one of my MLSs?
Click the ‘All Offices’ drop-down and select the MLS you want to see.
Does this data include off-market and FSBO transactions?
No, this is MLS data only. The data is updated daily.
What does the heat map show?
The heat map shows intensity by number of transactions and weighted by higher sales prices and you can drill down for a closer view by using the ‘+’ and ‘ -’ buttons.
Notifications
How do I see the daily updates of new listings, sales, etc?
Click the notification bell icon on the top right of the screen view.
How do I receive the daily notifications by email?
Click ‘My Account’ at the top right and select ‘Profile’. Then select the checkbox at the bottom under ‘Notifications’.
Profile View
Where can I enter my recruiting goals?
Click ‘My Account’ at the top right and select ‘Profile’. There you can find the section to update goals.
Office/Retention View
How do I see individual offices?
If you have more than one MLS, click a specific region (top right), then select a particular office from the drop-down.
Can I change the Agent list view to a different metric?
Yes, the Agent roster view defaults to volume, highest to lowest. You can sort by clicking any column header.
How do I see a multi-year production trend?
You can scroll over the chart at the right of the roster view. This will show a three-year trend in volume and units.
Can I see more than 10 Agents at a time?
Yes, you can edit the ‘Rows Per Page’ view at the bottom right of the Agent box.
How do I see an individual Agent view and information?
Each Agent name is hyperlinked to their ‘Agent Summary’ page. Click on each name to learn more.
Recruiting View
How do I enter Activities?
You can enter activities 2 ways.
Click the chat bubble next to the Agent name and enter the activity.
You may also enter activities when on the individual Agent summary page.
How can I see the activity and pipelines of my recruiters-managers?
Click the drop-down with your name at the top right. The drop-down will show all users to choose from.
How do I remove a prospect from my list?
Uncheck the green circle to the left of the Agent name.
How do I add more Agents to my prospect pipeline?
Go to ‘Search’ and look for the Agents you want to target. When Identified, click the open circle to the left of the Agent. They will then be added to your pipeline
Search View
What is the difference between market share and prospect sourcing?
Market Share will only show Agents, Offices, or Companies with the production of more than $0.
Can I search by Company?
You can search by Agent, Office, or Company and select the MLS (if you have more than one). You can then add additional filters if you desire.
How do I find the Company, city, zip code, etc. in the drop-downs?
All search filters are auto-fill. Start typing the first few letters of what you are searching for and it should appear within a few seconds.
Can I add multiple Companies? Cities? Agents?
Yes, add one at a time, and click to start adding more.
Can I export an entire list of Agents into BoldTrail?
No. However, Agents can be added to the CRM from the Agent Prospect Pipeline under the Recruiting View.

Yes, there are several permission-based views. Single office, multi-office, and full Broker views.
