The Marketplace Product Manager in kvCORE allows you to manage your purchased Marketplace products and addons in one place.

To access it in kvCORE, navigate to Marketplace from the left-hand menu and select Marketplace Product Manager.

At this time, you will be able to manage the following Marketplace products:

Voicemail Drop will show your current plan, as well as the date and amount to be charged during the next billing cycle. You will also see the number of voicemails remaining in your current cycle.

Click on Manage if you need to make changes to your Voicemail Drop subscription.

Displays the current plan you are using. To change this, click on Change Plan to view and select from the available options.

From here, you can enable overages to allow voicemails to be sent even after you have reached your plan limit. To do this, click on Turn On Overages.

If you would like to cancel your CORE Voicemail Drop subscription, click on Cancel Subscription to do so.

If you have purchased CORE Video, you will see your current plan details, the number of messages remaining in your cycle, and the date of your next billing.

Under Manage, you will be able to click on Upgrade to Premium to upgrade your subscription.

If you have purchased the Get Seller Leads addon, you will see your renewal date as well as your next billing amount. The Get Seller Leads card will also display the number of leads, impressions, clicks, and shares to date.

Within the Manage tab, you will be able to cancel or resume your current subscription. You are also able to adjust your target zip codes, as well as your target area size.

Additionally, any compliance text you may need to add can be entered in the Compliance Text field.

The Get Seller Leads card displays your subscription renewal, date as well as your next billing amount. The Get Seller Leads card will also display the number of leads, impressions, clicks, and shares to date.

Within the Manage tab, you will be able to cancel or resume your current subscription. You are also able to adjust your target zip codes, as well as your target area size. Update Settings allows you to specify a price point and/or property types.

Additionally, any compliance text you may need to add can be entered in the Compliance Text field.

The AmpStats subscription card will display the number of seats currently used, as well as how many are left to fill.

Clicking on Manage opens an expanded view of your seat count, and displays the current list of users with access to the add-on.

To change which users may access AmpStats, click the Edit button to add or remove users.
