When a BoldTrail account is initially created during the Implementation phase, the Implementation Specialist uploads the brokerage's logo that the client provided on the Getting Started form.
This single logo is used for both the Company and Office entity websites and is displayed on the top left corner of every website, including the Agent subdomains, by default.
TIP: If you have an all white or light grey logo, especially one with a transparent background, it will blend into the header of any search alerts, market reports, or seller reports sent by BoldTrail. To avoid this you will need to add a colored background.
If you are a Company or Office Admin, you have access to edit both the Office and Company profiles which includes that initially uploaded logo. For more information on adding a secondary logo next to the existing brokerage logo, click here.
Please Note: Team Admins may only update their Team entity's logo. For more information on replacing Team logos, click here.
Replacing the Company Logo
Updating the Company logo is almost exactly the same as uploading a new Office logo.
1. Log into your BoldTrail account.
2. Click on your profile photo in the top right.
3. Click 'Offices' from the drop-down that appears.
4. Click on the Company tab at the top of the page.
5. Click on the blue 'Edit' button to the right of the Company name.
6. Decide whether you want to drag and drop your new image into the profile or click on your current logo image to upload from your file explorer. Don't forget to click 'Save' after it is uploaded!
7. Once the logo is uploaded you will see a delete and edit icon. You may use these resize your image or remove it and select a new image.
TIP: It's recommended to have a logo image with a minimum height of 300px.
8. Upload using the arrow. Then, click the green 'Save' button.
Please Note: It may take up to an hour for the website cache to update and display the new logo image. To help speed this process along you can clear your browser history or look at your website through an incognito browser window.
Replacing the Office Logo
Uploading a new Office logo image is almost exactly the same as uploading a Company logo.
1. Log into your BoldTrail account.
2. Click on your profile photo in the top right.
3. Click 'Offices' from the drop-down that appears.
4. Click on the Office's name that you wish to replace the logo for.
5. Click on the blue 'Edit Profile' button to the right of the Office name.
6. Follow steps 6 to 8 under the above Company Logo section.
