Authy is 2-Factor Authentication that is used in various areas within CORE BackOffice, such as logging in, paying agents, and adding or removing bank accounts.

Using 2-Factor Authentication on Desktop

What if I have multiple apps that use Authy?

If you have multiple apps that use Authy, you will need to select the program that you need a token for from the code page. The token will populate and is valid for 20 seconds. After 20 seconds have passed a new token will appear.

Please Note: The token must be entered without spaces.

Where can I verify or update my contact information?

From Authy on your Mac or iPhone, you can access the linked phone number by selecting the gear icon from the top right to go to the Settings/My Account section.

From the Settings/My Account section, the connected phone number and email will show in a blue hyperlink. To update either of these, click on them to allow the edit. Then, select 'Exit' from the top left-hand side to go back to the main page.

From Authy on Windows or your Android device, you can access the linked phone number or email address by selecting the 'Settings' tab on the bottom right and choosing the 'General' section.

You can then edit that information by clicking 'Edit' on the right-hand side.
