Overview

CoreHome is a consumer-facing application. Agents can track, manage and communicate with their clients using BoldTrail. To be successful with CoreHome and ensure the best experience for your clients, there are a few steps required in BoldTrail.


Setup your BoldTrail Agent Profile

Your Agent Image is on every section of CoreHome, keeping you top of mind with your clients. They can also access your Agent Profile page within the app.

Add Your Contacts

Having your clients added to BoldTrail makes it easier for them to find you when they download CoreHome.

TIP: Ensure the email address field has been added to your contacts, as that is how your clients will sign up for CORE Home.

Download the BoldTrail Mobile App

Clients can chat with you directly from CORE Home. As an Agent, you’ll manage and respond to those messages within BoldTrail. Download the BoldTrail app to quickly receive and respond to incoming chats.
