BoldTrail is a powerful and robust tool. Inside Real Estate has made it as easy as possible for your Agents to onboard and for you to support them in their ongoing success.

There are numerous built-in automation tools available to you within BoldTrail. Some can, and will, be triggered automatically and some need to be triggered manually. Inside Real Estate recommends having at least 1 automation tool turned on for every contact or lead in your database. See the full list of automation tools below.

Business Analytics gives you the ability to analyze BoldTrail data and your Agent's performance using various tools.

BoldTrail Day

Helping your Agents find success with their businesses is the number one way to grow your Office/Brokerage. On top of frequently reviewing your business analytics tab, it is important that you dedicate time to learning and implementing BoldTrail tools.

Here are some best practices for making time for BoldTrail daily, weekly, and monthly.

Daily

  • Review your dashboard activity and respond to Client questions, texts, and emails.

  • Check your automation. Create a filtered list for New Leads and ensure that every contact is assigned at least 1 automated touchpoint (Search Alert, Seller Report, Market Report, or Smart Campaign).

  • Challenge Agents to a friendly competition. Ex: Create blog post ideas and at the end of the week see who's post received more views.

Weekly

  • Create a Landing Page and post it to your internal workspace. Challenge agents to share the page or create their own for their own leads.

  • Challenge Agents to a friendly competition. Ex: Create blog post ideas and at the end of the week see who's post received more views.

  • Celebrate an Agent's "Success Story" that resulted from using a BoldTrail tool.

  • Challenge your Agents to come up with their own tips and hold a contest for the best one.

Monthly

  • Dedicate a whole day to BoldTrail for training on a specific topic. Give your Agents time to try out whatever tool or technique you are focusing on during this time.

  • BoldTrail-centric games like Bingo where Agents mark off tools they've used/completed.

  • Pair your new Agents with your BoldTrail champions to build good habits.

  • Communicate with Agents who have not engaged.

    • Resend the Welcome Email to Agents who haven't logged in lately.

    • Send the Agent Quick Start course to Agents who haven't started it yet.

    • Stress the importance of importing existing leads to Agents who haven't done so.

Reward and Recognize

  • Make it measurable - Highlight Agent successes, and reward them for using and getting results in the platform. Use business analytics to capture a snapshot before and after starting new contests, competitions, and training.

  • Make it easy - If your goal is to add 10 new contacts to your database each month, you should also provide 2 easy ways to capture 10 new leads. (i.e. post a Squeeze Page, a Landing Page or boost a property)

  • Make it fun - Celebrate Agent wins and highlight their successes in your weekly or monthly meetings. A simple shout-out goes a long way! Inside Real Estate has also seen success when Brokers work closely with engaged Agents on testimonials and case studies that can be shared with the rest of their Agents.
