With our lead form and landing page, we’ll capture and validate a seller’s contact information including home address, send a home valuation and subscribe them to monthly market reports. The leads will also automatically be placed on an exclusive Smart Campaign which will be added to your Library.
Desired targeting area. Each order will support a single area to market to. When purchasing you'll be able to select an area using the map or inputting a city.

The leads will be fed straight into your kvCORE Smart CRM as a New Lead. They will be automatically assigned a hashtag (#kvsellerpaid) and lead Source (kvSellerPaid) for easy identification and assignment to Smart Campaigns.

To find more information, navigate to the Marketplace in kvCORE. Scroll down until you see the 'Get Seller Leads' tile and click "Learn More". Pricing is displayed within the Marketplace tab.

Here, designate your monthly advertising budget for Get Seller Leads.
Please Note: Inside Real Estate cannot guarantee a specific amount of leads generated each month or their quality as Internet leads usually have a longer buying or selling timeframe.
Commitment Term Length
Inside Real Estate offers two options for your Commitment Term Length. A Shorter Commitment for those who want to try out our ad product and a Full Year Commitment for those dedicated to working the leads and converting them to customers. Signing up for a 12-month term commitment saves you the setup Fee.
Product Configuration
Here, choose the website domain linked and the targeting area you'd like your ad to focus on.
You may only submit an order for one area at a time, if you are looking to advertise in multiple locations you will need to purchase each ad individually per area. This helps keep advertising organized and makes it easier to know which subscription to adjust budgeting for if you see one location generate more closings.
Compliance Text
If you operate your real estate business in a state or province that requires specific disclaimers to be displayed on any online advertising you use, then you can enter that text in this field.
Please Note: You are responsible for knowing the laws and regulations for your type of business within your area, Inside Real Estate is not liable for any fees you may incur from a lack of disclaimer text on the ads.
How the Ads Work
Once the order form is submitted you will see a confirmation message appear and the ads will be set up immediately. Your ad will be circulated in front of Facebook users 18+ years old whose location is set to your chosen area.
TIP: You will probably not see your Facebook ad when using your Facebook account. This is due to various factors, but the most common is that your profile address does not fall into the targeted radius. The second most common reason is due to your search history not matching what the Facebook ad AI algorithm is specifically looking for.
Once a Facebook user clicks on the ad they will be asked to provide their address to receive a home valuation, followed by their contact information on a lead capture form.
The information will automatically default to pulling the contact information in their Facebook profile.
You will receive a new lead notification email with the Source as 'kvSellerPaid' and the lead will have that hashtag in your Smart CRM for easy filtering.
TIP: If you have the kvCORE Mobile app downloaded you can also receive new lead notifications as a push notification on your phone.
Frequently Asked Questions
I've purchased Get Seller Leads - how do I know my ad is ready?
When your Get Seller Leads ads are live you will receive an email to inform you, which also includes initial performance data.
What happens to my leads who are generated via Get Seller Leads?
Your Get Seller Leads-generated contacts will be added to a Market Report upon landing in kvCORE. Leads that provide a full address will also receive a Valuation Report.
