Overview

Your account is already configured with default settings and can be used as soon as your account is live. There are many ways that you can personalize your settings for your Company, Offices, and Teams as well as your smart settings. Here is a list of optional configurations and documentation you can follow to update specific settings to align them with your business model.


Account Settings

Account Settings includes profile settings for all entity levels (Company, Office, and Team profiles), as well as Agent Accountability rules set by Admins. Admins will have access to edit the profile settings of their respective entity (Company Admins may edit Company settings, etc). This is where you can provide vital information to your clients and make your websites more robust and inviting.

Agent Accountability Tools

Agent Accountability is set at the Office or Team level. Agent Accountability includes a set of rules that you can configure in order to help your team with their busy schedules and lives, in an intelligent way that helps ensure a high quality of service to your leads, as well as protecting your ad-spend in the face of unforeseen events.

The Web & IDX tab in kvCORE is organized into different sections that each contain settings you may wish to use when fine-tuning your website.

Lead Configuration

Import Company Contacts

When importing contacts into kvCORE, you have two options: 'Let Us Handle It' - allow the Inside Real Estate team to upload for you to save time and avoid incorrectly importing your data, or 'DIY' - import the contacts yourself to retain full control over the process.

Lead Routing

Lead Routing is important as an Admin, as it allows you to specify how leads are distributed to different entities from any Source. Lead Routing can better organize lead distribution and make life easier for Agents and Admins alike.

Emails from some sources can be specifically identified and imported correctly and automatically via the kvCORE lead dropbox email.

Zapier

kvCORE has numerous options for funneling your generated leads to the Smart CRM. However, there are situations when it’s not readily apparent how you would move leads from one system into kvCORE automatically – Zapier may be the answer.

The Smart Number is a VOIP (voice over IP) phone number that is connected to your kvCORE database.
