Customization Settings

There are 2 areas that you have access to adjust settings for:

  1. The types of presentations.

  2. The content showcasing you and your business.

TIP: Any changes you make in this area will apply to all presentation slides within that presentation type.

Simply access your CORE Present account and click into the 'Customization Settings' section on the right.

Customize Presentation

CORE Present recognizes that you may be conversing with different types of Seller Leads and Clients as a listing Agent and therefore offers 3 distinct types of presentation styles:

  1. Traditional

  2. Modern

  3. Luxury

Each presentation type has a specific slide set, layout order, theme, and more by default, so you do not have to adjust any of the settings if you do not wish to.

However, you can make each different according to the way you wish to present yourself and the property information.

TIP: Even if you customize the presentation types beforehand, you can still reorder the slides and some of their content as you build each presentation to better suit your individual audiences.

If you are an Admin, you can choose which presentations to customize by accessing the drop-down menu above the 3 presentation types.

Traditional

This presentation style is geared towards your average family. It is designed to be engaging, a little more fun, and can hold shorter attention spans by focusing on the main information via graphics.

In order to customize the Traditional style, click the blue "Customize" button to the right.

This will bring up the editor tool where you can change the Theme, Colors, Fonts, Logos, and Info Placement.

Please Note: When you are customizing any of the below settings, you must click the grey "Apply" button for each change otherwise it will not save properly.

The Theme menu provides you with two other design options for your slides. You can click on the one you wish to use and then click the grey "Apply" button. You can switch back and forth from applying the different designs prior to saving your final choice.

TIP: If you click out of this editor tool before clicking the green "Save & Continue" button in the bottom right, none of your changes will be saved. If you want to reset the presentation style back to your last saved choice, you can click out of the tool and then reopen it to start over.

The Colors menu uses a color wheel for you to make a manual color selection from or to enter your color code(s) to choose a specific shade.

HEX, RGBA, and HSLA codes can all be used within this Colors menu. You only need to use one of the options, and the color wheel defaults to the HEX code option since this is the most used color code type.

TIP: If you are an Admin, you can preset a color and lock it so your Agents cannot change it by clicking on the padlock icon to the right of the Primary Color field.

The Fonts menu will be set to a particular font by default. You can choose to change the font for the slide headers, body content areas, or both as desired.

TIP: If you are an Admin, you can preset fonts for both the headers and body content areas and lock them so your Agents cannot change them. Just click on the padlock icon next to the font field you wish to lock.

The Logos menu allows you to upload up to 2 additional images to display in your presentation as additional logos. The main default logo will be automatically pulled from your kvCORE account.

This is a great place to include your personal business logo and add any award images or commendation badges you may have received.

Logos are automatically resized upon upload to fit within the needed dimensions, but the standard sizes are 300x150 pixels (2:1 ratio) or 300x100 pixels (3:1 ratio).

TIP: If you are an Admin, you can lock the main default logo so your Agents cannot change it by clicking on the padlock icon to the right of the first logo field.

The Info Placement menu allows you change the area your information, logo(s), and slide count appears. By default it will appear at the top, but you can switch it to the bottom, if desired.

Once you are satisfied with the customizations to this presentation type, click the green "Save & Continue" button on the bottom right to see the changes on your presentations moving forward.

The next step is to review the default order of the slides included in this presentation type. You can add or remove slides that will automatically be included in presentations moving forward.

TIP: The slides you enable within each section and the order in which they are viewed can be adjusted per presentation if you need to personalize a particular listing presentation to a specific Seller Lead or Client.

In this area, you are simply choosing a default layout so you do not have to manually adjust for every single presentation.

By default, this presentation will have 4 main sections and 8 enabled slides:

Section 1:

Section 2:

Section 3:

Section 4:

You can review each slide within all 4 sections, decide whether to include each slide or not, and reorder them as desired.

After you are done, click the green "Save & Continue" button in the bottom right to see the changes on your presentations moving forward.

Once you have customized a presentation, a green checkmark will appear to the left of its name to indicate you have saved changes to the original default version.

At this time, there is no way to reset the presentation and remove your customizations once saved.

Modern

This presentation style is very straightforward and no nonsense. Interesting infographics are replaced by brief graphs and it looks very clean cut in its overall design.

You have the same options to adjust the Theme, Colors, Fonts, Logos, and Info Placement as above and Admins are able to lock the color, font, and logo for this specific style too.

The same 4 default sections and 8 default enabled slides will appear for this presentation as well and you may reorder and enable/disable as desired.

Luxury

This presentation style uses higher resolution images and sets a higher end tonality to the conversation. You have the same options to adjust the Theme, Colors, Fonts, Logos, and Info Placement as above and Admins are able to lock the color, font, and logo for this specific style too.

TIP: If you have a luxury-specific logo that is used for high-end Clients, it is a good idea to add that logo as a secondary image for this particular presentation so it is always there moving forward.

The same 4 default sections and 8 default enabled slides will appear for this presentation as well and you may reorder and enable/disable as desired.

Personalize Content

There are 3 areas within each presentation that you can preset information for:

  1. About Me section

  2. My Experience content

Testimonials

If you have testimonials in kvCORE, the 3 most recent reviews will automatically appear in this area so you do not have to add them. If you do not have testimonials in kvCORE, this area will be blank.

Please Note: Adding testimonials in CORE Present will not automatically add them to your kvCORE account; you will need to add them there separately.

If you want to include links to other testimonials, like Zillow reviews or your kvCORE testimonials page on your kvCORE website, you can add the URLs in the 'Link to additional testimonials' section. You can also edit what the hyperlinked text says.

You can choose whether this slide and its information appears by default in each presentation by toggling on the 'Include slide in presentation' option.
